Customs and Duties

Customers may be charged customs duties, taxes, or other applicable charges by the destination country upon delivery of their order. These charges are determined by the destination country and relevant authorities and are not controlled or collected by Iznik.

Customers are responsible for responding to the courier company, including SkyNet or any other designated courier, and completing any required formalities to receive their package.

If a customer fails to contact or respond to the courier company within 10 days, or fails to receive the package within the required timeframe, the package may be considered abandoned and may be returned, destroyed, or otherwise disposed of by the courier or relevant authorities. In such cases, no refund claim can be made against Iznik.

If the package has already been shipped and the customer refuses to pay the applicable customs duties or other charges, Iznik reserves the right to have the package returned and deduct the following costs from any applicable refund:

1. Initial shipping charges paid with the order.
2. Return shipping charges.
3. Any customs duties, taxes, or other charges incurred by Iznik upon return of the package.

Delivery Timeline

Unstitched, Pret & Ready-to-Ship:

Domestic: Within 1 week

International: Within 2 weeks

Stitched Orders:

Dispatch Timeline: Within 5 weeks

Note: Public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not considered working days and are excluded from
the delivery timeframe.

Shipping Charges

For international orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package size and
destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier information
and a tracking number. Please check your Junk/Spam folder if you do not see it. Orders can be tracked
directly via the courier’s website.

Customs and Duties

International customers may be subject to customs fees or import duties levied by their country. These
charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery, as they are determined by the destination country
and are beyond our control.

If a package is abandoned or destroyed due to non-payment of duties, no refund will be issued.

In cases where the package has been shipped and the customer refuses to pay applicable charges, Iznik
reserves the right to reclaim the package and deduct the following from any refund:

1. Original shipping charges paid at the time of order.

2. Return shipping costs.

3. Any taxes or duties incurred by Iznik upon return.
